What is delivered
ChatChaos is a personalized digital service. We do not sell or ship physical goods. The deliverable is a private online preview followed, if purchased, by access to the complete online report.
Preview delivery
After a valid WhatsApp export is submitted, it enters a private review queue. We normally prepare and email the preview within three business days. Complex or unusually large exports may take longer; if a material delay occurs, we will use the submitted email address to update you.
Full-report delivery
The completed report already exists when you reach checkout. Following successful payment verification, the private link normally unlocks immediately. If it does not unlock, contact us with the report or payment ID. We will restore access or provide an eligible refund under our refund policy.
Delivery address
The report is delivered to the email address supplied at submission and remains accessible through its private tokenized URL. Check spam or promotions folders and confirm the address before submitting. Keep the link confidential.
No shipping charges
There are no packaging, courier or shipping charges. The checkout total is the amount shown on the payment page.
